Hi Summit Ambassadors,

 

The weekend of December 7th / 8th is an A-Team weekend. At this time (12/05), all Summit ski areas are closed for operation.

YOUR SEASON HOURLY COMMITMENT:

Every team member has to serve 88 hours. If you start with your 3 to 4 Holiday days, and also serve each of your scheduled weekends after the holidays, you will have your 88 hours. So no need to worry about this particular weekend hours. If you miss any of your other days, you’ll need to make up a shift. This can be done by filling in for another Ambassador, and can be done at any area as long as it’s not your regular scheduled shift.  Please check in with the area Lead person on the team you’ll be serving. This will insure you get credit for those hours. Checking in with the area Lead provides proof you were working. Without proof, I won't give you credit for those hours. Be sure to submit all hours via the AOS time card within 2 days of working a shift.  Remember, all in attendance at the General Membership Mtg. got credit for 8 hours.

TO DOs

  • Verify personal info on the Roster and Holiday Duty Schedule

  • Contact Carrie Jensen from SE 2a by end of 12/06 if ordering vest

  • Document all work hours on home calendar as back-up proof

  • Download this season's The Summit app onto your cell phone

  • Save the original email which has your personal Parking Pass code for future reference

  • Send in all worked hours via the AOS time card within 2 days of your worked shift
