Our Ambassadors are the heart of The Summit community, ready to make every guest's visit a little brighter. As the friendly faces in black jackets, you’re always there to offer directions, share information, or just have a friendly chat. Your presence at all base areas during peak hours makes a big difference, ensuring every visitor feels welcome. Thank you for being such a valuable part of our team!
As a Volunteer Ambassador, you will:
Greet guests warmly and provide assistance.
Offer information on trails, snow conditions, and amenities.
Assist with ski school registrations.
Support public area cleanliness and safety.
Collect and relay guest feedback.
Collaborate with staff and other volunteers for a seamless experience.
